We want laundry day to be simple. Please review these guidelines before requesting pickup. Your booking is a request until our team confirms availability.
Booking & pickup
Submit your preferred pickup date, time and address through our booking form. We will contact you to confirm availability and your pickup window. Please have your laundry ready at the agreed location and let us know if special access instructions apply.
Changes, cancellation & missed pickups
Need to change your plans? Contact us as early as possible before your scheduled pickup. No laundry-processing charge applies to an order cancelled before clothes are collected. If pickup is missed, please contact us to arrange a new time; availability is subject to confirmation. Any additional charge would be disclosed and agreed before it is applied.
Weighing, pricing & payment
Wash, dry and fold is $1.75 per pound. We determine the laundry weight after pickup, then calculate the final total with any applicable delivery fee and eligible discount. No payment is required to request a booking. We send a Square invoice with the confirmed total; please use its secure link and follow the payment terms shown on that invoice.
Delivery & turnaround
Our standard target is return delivery within 24 hours after pickup. We will let you know if unusually large loads, special care needs, service-area logistics or other circumstances may affect timing. We will confirm your return-delivery arrangements directly.
Laundry care & personal items
Please empty pockets and tell us about delicate fabrics, stains, allergies, special detergent preferences or items requiring extra care. We follow available care instructions where practical, but stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Please do not include valuables, cash or items requiring dry cleaning without prior agreement.
Problems, refunds & concerns
If anything is missing, damaged or not cleaned as expected, contact us promptly after delivery with your order details and, when helpful, photos. We will review the concern and work toward an appropriate resolution, including a rewash, adjustment or refund where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law. We do not promise that every stain can be removed.
